1/2 c. vegetable stock
1/4 c. soy sauce
tbsp. olive oil

2 cloves garlic

add together
1 c. vital wheat gluten
1/4 c. nutritional yeast

knead for a few minutes
cut into 4 to 6 pieces


4 c. vegetable stock
4 c. water
1/8 c. soy sauce

add seitan
bring to boil
bring to simmer as soon as hits boil
simmer for an hour
take off stove and drain
squeeze
